Naval Station Everett Building 2200 included an ATG space renovation and tenant modifications. Multiple location renovations included demolition; construction of new doors and frames; interior finishes, i.e., flooring, painting, painting of doors, signage, cabinets, wall hangings and penetrations; storage cage (provide fabricated manufactured storage cage fencing, door and lid; wall-to-wall shelving); mechanical -cooling, main air handler, controls and testing systems; electrical, i.e., power panel, power, chiller power source, receptacles, emergency lighting and exit signs, furniture power; communications, i.e., data and phone; fire alarm and sprinkler system; furniture and wall construction.
